Ethan was awesome. Answered all calls and emails even when he’s not at work.
I had an excellent experience with Ethan at Jarvis Barossa. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He even drove the car out to my home for a test drive which made the whole process so convenient. Ethan’s communication was fantastic and he always kept me updated and responded quickly to any questions I had. All of my interactions with other Jarvis staff were also excellent, friendly and professional. A genuinely positive experience. Highly recommend speaking with Ethan if you’re considering a vehicle!
We purchased a car from Jarvis Barossa recently, our salesman Randy made this process so easy with very little stress. We had reserved the car and drove from Aldinga to "have a look". Hi, I purchased my brand new dmax x-terrain from Jarvis at Tanunda. If you’re looking to buy a car from them and expect quality work done avoid this place like the plague. My brand new car had dents, scratches , poorly fitted accessories. Had the nudge bar fitted by the service department at Tanunda, all bottom trims where left hanging out the guards, all plastic plugs where left off and the front splash guards were left off all together (as per photo’s ) .
