First time we had him work for us he was awesome! So when we bought a new house and needed work we immediately thought of him. When we called all we got was his call service. We made an appt, he never showed. That was so unlike him, we called again leaving messages, he never called us back. I dont know if it's his call service or what but he missed out on a $4k job and we need more work. I'm sticking with my new guy. It's too bad. I really liked him. Get a new call service!!
Would love to give a review of their services but they didn't show or call to let us know they weren't coming. 1 star only because I can't give 0. Avoid.
Ian was recommended by an acquaintance. Ian came to my house promptly/on time for scheduled appointment for estimates. Ian said he would send quotes that night. I understand that it's a busy time, but Ian never sent quotes after appointment. I attempted to reach out x2 for quotes, no response, disappointed.
Jarvie Electric did a phenomenal job of upgrading two panel boxes in my recently acquired duplex house in the City. The owner, Ian, was hands on and responsive to all my questions and emails. I did get a prior estimate from another company but the price from Jarvie was much better and the service was amazing. More importantly, we feel safer in our home since we removed the old Federal Pacific Electrical Panels and upgraded to the new codes. Priceless! Thank you, Ian of Jarvie Electric.. Great job!
