Jarrod always listens and talks thru all options when it comes to our health. He takes the time to explain and go over any meds or labs and listens to all of our questions. We've used him for years and always will.
Went to another doc before Dr Howell regarding my shoulder. Dr Howell was very understanding and he is very intelligent. I would trust him for my surgery again , he did a great shoulder repair for me and was very professional in explaining everything. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Howell has seen me twice over hand injuries I sustained over the years, and both times, he was attentive and gave several treatment options for my injuries. He fit me in to his schedule right away. I really appreciate his great care!
Dr. Wood is a fabulous doctor. He is very caring and listens to concerns that you might have without rushing you through! His staff is also very professional and caring as well. I would encourage anyone looking for an OB/GYN to seek him out.

I started seeing Dr. Wood about 25 years ago. When he delivered my son I took comfort in knowing he had the lowest rate for c-sections in AR. These days I'm facing a cone biopsy and hysterectomy and while I'm fearful of having any surgery I know with 100% certainty that I am in the best hands possible. The staff and atmosphere at Renaissance Womens Center are also outstanding.
Dr. Wood and his staff are truly angels on earth. After being unhappy with another OBGYN, I made an appointment with Dr. Wood. When I called to make an appointment and described what I was going through, they got me in immediately. Dr. Wood was so kind and informative. He ran all necessary test, took his time with me to review my results, and gave me the proper treatment that potentially saved my life. We were visiting Dr. Howell Jr because my boss who is Chinese has a ganglion cyst on his right-hand wrist. My boss does not speak English so I was the translator. Language barrier overcame, but I was having mouth sores and couldn't speak for 4 days. But Dr Howell was extremely patient.
