We have been with State Farm for the past two years and have had a phenomenal experience. Kellen Kling has always responded to my requests in a timely and most helpful manner. We are so happy that we switched over - especially to Jarrod and his team.
Half effort, disrespectful , poor customer service, it’s your problem I made an error now you must pay agent. Charging a customer $30 extra dollars because they didn’t put the correct information on an app not the contract.
Lauren Teitelbaum provided quick quotes and followed through to establish three policies efficiently. I am, frankly, not a fan of State Farm - the company, because of past issues, but Lauren is a star performer!
I can honestly say that Jarrod and his team take very good care of my insurance needs and make every experience a great one! I have been covered for 20yrs and have over 30 cars covered and LOVE STATE FARM !
