Recently had my MX5 serviced here as I've just moved to this hills and the service from staff and the service to the car was amazing. The staff were friendly and they were able to fix the small problems I was having with the carplay and blown light globe on the interior. This experience was a lot better than the Paradise Mazda I went to earlier this year.
Have been going to Mt Barker Mazda for 18 years and will continue to do so. Matt and his team are fantastic. Knowledgeable and don’t value grab where others do. This is fair dinkum country dealership honesty and service quality that looks after locals and visitors like family. Best on ground consistently and always with a smile where nothing is too much trouble. My permanent go to.
I’ve had my 2008 Mazda 3 serviced here for years and always feel I’m getting value for money and trustworthy service. The service manager Matt, is always friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend Mt. Barker Mazda.
1/5 Very disappointing experience. I visited this dealership three times because I was genuinely interested in one particular car. I liked the car enough that I was even willing to adjust my budget to make the deal work. The first time I visited, I discussed and understood the price.
