I used their services a little over a year ago. I got a brand new unit costing almost 16K and I've had nothing but troubles. It caused leaks in my drop ceiling in my basement (it still drips btw after they "fixed" it), it froze because they forgot to cut a return, and we originally thought we had an all electric unit that we discussed but after the furnace wouldn't start last winter we discovered it needed a "propane kit" that should have been apart of the unit price originally but they tried to charge us for it after the fa... read more
