Had to take my car in for a recall. They were extremely friendly and gave me a 2025 Ford Bronco as a loaner!
(update) I took my truck to Weikert Ford and they were completely clear and communicative and addressed the problem in just two days. They solved what this dealer couldn't solve in two weeks. They couldn't answer this review. They said they would give it to me the same day I took my truck. At another dealer, it took them two days to fix what they did to my truck, damaging the DEF System. I bought a new truck because the job required it. The truck had a service light on and I took it to the dealer. They couldn't fix it and I lost an account because they never gave me a date to fix it and they were very uncommunicative about what was going on with our unit.
