After buying our Aviator from Jarrett-Gordon Lincoln, I expected our first service to be as amazing as the buying experience. To say it was, is a massive understatement. I recently purchased a 2020 Lincoln Aviator and unfortunately a few months into ownership, the car shutdown and I wasn’t able to drive it. I then had it towed to Jenkins Lincoln in Lakeland. This is when my nightmare began. They had my car for 3 weeks without any communication. They also gave me a loaner with dried vomit in the second row.
