I give you all a 10 star rating ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Shannon in the service department was very professional and awesome, and I also want to give kudos to all the associates that walked in and out of the waiting room. Because they always asked if I needed anything they can in . There was also two associates that went over to Lincoln bldg to get me coffee because the coffee machine was out in the ford bldg.

My intentions were just to look at their used inventory of the Lincoln SUV. I wasn’t looking to trade. After trying out a 2016 MKX Lemetrius Hayward assisted me in moving forward with the purchase. We had Mike Kresmery as our sales guy (easiest interaction ever). We told him we wanted the 2025 Ranger Raptor on our driveway asap. Without prompting he offered to do all things remote and deliver the vehicle at our convenience (especially since we had such a busy schedule - we felt heard and accommodated). He went above and beyond for us. Mike was very kind- a hard thing to find nowadays. He made things happen with the best attitude and integrity .
