Ken was my salesman He’s very knowledgeable and very nice. And I dealt with Tim in finance. He was also very professional explained everything I needed to know and gave me the best deal he could.
I just recently financed a vehicle, from Jarrett Ford Winter Haven. The car salesman was good and professional, along with the manager. The quality of the car, that I purchased not so good. I had to ball tires and bent rims. Also, my vehicle was making a sound. Every time I started my car. Forther more, I was told the car pass inspection. And was good to go, which was not the case. I will never purchase a vehicle from this place ever again. I would not recommend anyone I know as well.
The mobile service was done professionally and promptly. The service technician was awesome! I both enjoyed the service experience, will ask again for mobile service and will also ask for the same technician. Very happy. Thank you.
