Went in today for an oil change and tire rotation. Took two hours and no tire rotation. Service guy didn’t say anything about not doing it in his video inspection. After I paid I noticed it was done so I asked the service person about it. He took my keys and went out to my truck for awhile then told me the key lock for the lugs wasn’t there. I said it’s in the clove box which I confirmed myself before going up there. So now it’s not there so my opinion guy doing oil change lost it or service guy that went out to check remove... read more
