This was my 3rd experience at Jarrett Gordon Ford of winter haven Tim the financial manager walked me thru my buying process he is professional and helped me achieve my financial goals along with Lemetrius Thank you Jarrett Gordon Tim is the finance manager of the year and Lemetrius is the greatest sales consultant in the world
Service is performed at the Lincoln dealership next door while fire damage under repair at Ford. All work done as promised, no complaints there. Only surprise was I was told I required a new battery. The dealership had replaced that very battery less than six months before for over $300. They agreed it was covered under the replacement guarantee, no problem. The issue is why? To me it;s the voltage regulator program not allowing full recharge. I am investigating.
