I was on hold for 30 MINUTES! just for the phone to start ringing and have no one pick up. Also, what is the point of having an inbox on their website if it is not monitored? I have submitted my information multiple times and have waited 1-2 weeks trying to contact someone for an appointment and I have received no response.
Good luck getting medication refills. I advise people to stay away from this clinic until they find a new doctor.... *My reply back. You are straight up lying. I texted you Thursday with no response. So I called Saturday, and the receptionist said she would tell the nurse. Today I called heb, and they have no refills for my blood pressure meds. How on earth can you say I picked them up?! Then after a 1 star review, you tried calling me at 7:30 this evening. What a sad joke.
This place does operate during the hours they say they do. Waste of time, not cool relying on your banners when I'm sick and it's cold
