Great care and compassion showed to our pets!!
I am disappointed in the fact that you now charge $5 per prescription that is purchased at a different pharmacy. Not everyone can afford your pharmacy prices. You don’t have a fax which in this day and age I don’t understand why you don’t. I inquired about a senior discount and was told they had to notify someone for me to get it but it would be for future appointments not for current appointment. 2025 update: I used to love this clinic but it has declined in valuable care in the past year for me. Bedside manner is great but lacking patient individual care plan management. My sheltie got bloodwork done in April 2024 for a dental & the medical records show that the Dr. recommended a recheck in 6 months. Due to multiple indicators of KIDNEY DISEASE risking levels showing in her panel.
