When evaluating a law firm, I do not view hostile or insulting reviews as automatic negatives. For a firm like Jarrard & Davis, those comments may actually reflect the nature of serious legal work. Attorneys who handle difficult, adversarial matters and push back hard are going to upset people. A review calling a lawyer aggressive, difficult, or tough is not always criticism. Jarrard and Davis is full of cliques and rude people. Most unprofessional law firm I have dealt with.
Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option. But if you are a business, be prepared because their goal is to drag it on for as long as possible to increase their billable hours and bleed you dry.
The most unprofessional law firm any county government could use. Patrick Jaugstetter is the worst attorney ever.
