To book an appointment, I had to leave a deposit. Circumstances had it that I had to change the appointment, I was able to get in touch via text. Jarrah replied and said to rebook when I was ready, clarifying she was holding my deposit. Since then, I have tried so many times to re book, the site taking me to a page that "does not exist". I have sent so many messages via text and email. No answer. So basically, this business is holding my deposit and has smoke bombed. The building is empty, but the website is still live.

I have gone to Jarrah over the years, and in the past couple of years my appointments were canceled every single time. Nonetheless, I would always chose to support her business as I knew she was going through difficulties, but I have to say, it was extremely frustrating as we all have a busy life with schedules and personal problems. I scheduled an appointment here several weeks in advance so that I could get my hair done while holidaying in Byron. My appointment was confirmed via email and text the day prior to my appointment. I arrived to the studio only to find out that it no longer exists. The studio was cleared out and listed for rent, so it could not have closed that recently. I’ve been meaning to post my review for awhile and here it is: Salon: Welcoming, friendly, fun and caring staff, relaxing atmosphere Owner: Jarrah blew my mind with her open and friendly personality from the first second I’ve met her.
