The best When I went on vacation to visit family. We went to the most beautiful place at Ja Ross Salon. The people that work there are just wonderful. They are kind and try to make you feel like you are at home. They have all the best hair product. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
Super Spa I recently visited the spa for a massage. From the time I walked through the door, I was impressed. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Each treated me in a very professional manner and made me feel welcome. The entire facility was awesome. Very modern decor that was clean and well maintained. It was easy to relax and get away from daily life. The massage was exceptional! I would definately recommend Ja Ross to any of my family and friends. I will definately be returning in the future.
Horrible experience... Went in for a consultation and was told what I wanted could be done. Came back two weeks later for my appointment. Fifteen hours later my hair was orange, then red, then orange again. I was then told they didn't have the experience to fix it and that I should go somewhere else. They charged me $180 and refused to refund my money. The owner told me I wasted 15 hours of her salons time. Mixed Review I would say that I loved the spa! It was very relaxing and I loved the fact that the employees kept that same feeling through the entire day that I was there (6hrs). However I did get my hair done after I soaked and relaxed with a great massage. I will NEVER get my hair done there again!!! I thought I was speaking clearly when I said thick chunky highlights with blonde and caramel.....that is not at all what I got. Jaross Salon is wonderful Have used JaRoss many times, for spa treatments and hair treatments. Always felt special, love the hair stylists...Tia is great. Would recommend to all.
Good service Went in for a haircut recently as a walk in. The wait was not too long and the stylist was great. I was happy with my haircut and Thought the salon was nice. The location is great for me right by the mall. However getting back on to the main street Edison can be hairy depending on the time of day.
