This is what my floorboards looked like after they said they vacuumed them. Seeing that they lied about performing this service on their bill, I went to an auto store and checked some of the other items supposed to have been done. The windshield wiper fluid they said they checked was empty. The brake fluid was at its lowest level and needed to be topped off.
