Been with her for years! She has taken good care of me, I recommend her every time!! She moved and I followed! Thank you so much Dr. Russell!!
From my experience with this doctor, it's my opinion that she should switch from being a Family Practioner to a Coroner. That way, she can slather her whole body with antibacterial gel and slide into a hazmat suit. She wouldn't need to be personable with her patients, listen to them or even try to act as if she cares about their health and lifestyle. She can just check all the UNC boxes for necessary and UNNECESSARY procedures /tests and get a big UNC GOLD STAR.
If I could make it for zero stars I would! Highly disappointed that my appointment was cancelled 11 days before it was scheduled! Called to make an appointment back in Nov and the earliest they could schedule me was for April 15th. Waited 5 months for appointment and then I get a call it had to be cancelled due to Ms. Russell going on vacation. The earliest I was told they could reschedule me would be in August. This is so sad, ridiculous and unprofessional! So no I don’t recommend this doctor’s office.
She has been my primary care provider for almost 5 years now. couldn't ask for a better more personable Dr. who knows me and remembers me and what my needs are. She is the best
She has been a fantastic Doctor. She is straightforward and really wants to help you be as healthy as possible. She also Listens really well.
