Dr. Pachter is a great doctor with awesome staff! The office is very efficient as well. Super experience overall.
Today I called to make an appointment and I spoke with front desk Karie not sure if that’s the correct spelling. She was very rude and arrogant. I then asked to speak with her manager and she told me she is the manager and I guess you don’t want an appointment. I’m a patient at Quannacut while asking them for my insurance ID number I simply asked the ladies of Quannacut does the Doctor take my insurance and Karie tell me don’t ask them I work for Doctor Pachter you need to give me time.
