Expensive call out and not particularly helpful in their approach. Very transactional and their invoice for call out arrived before they'd given me a full report on what the AC would need to get it working again. I imagine their work is professional as they seem to get good reviews but I'd prefer a more human service.
Alec did an amazing job, considering he was on his own. Just with a lot of experience and dedication, he managed to install the internal and external Aircon units alone. I would keep him happy If I were his boss 😊 Also Michael took the time to visit us and let us know all the steps involved and options. Money wise was very good option too. He also gave us quotes for different budgets and brands. All in all, very happy with my experience with Jaric.

A big shout out to Michael (and the team) for going the extra mile to help my elderly aunt out at Redlands this morning. This company is 100% professional and actually know how to repair equipment not just replace, and are also 100% honest and reliable. Thanks (once again) Jaric- highly recommend this team!! 👍🏻
