Jaric arrived at the time they had booked and were efficient and tidy in their work. I would recommend them

The technician, Chris, arrived on time, was extremely courteous, problem solved quickly, explained clearly and went up into the roof to fully diagnose the problem. He took photos, came down, explained further, then went back up and made a strong repair. I was, however, concerned about his health due to the heat in the roof but he just took a break with water to regain his normal breathing before leaving. I did not see that break time included in my invoice. Chris gets 5++ stars.
