I chose a buffet menu of pan-seared Mahi Mahi, baby spinach salad, charred broccoli, black garlic risotto, and yeast rolls for our event. It was AMAZING! Definitely not your typical mass produced food. Absolutely everyone at the event talked about how delicious it was. I would highly recommend Crushed Ice Catering for any event!-
Ice House and the Crushed Ice team were absolutely outstanding. Lindsay and Shaylee both worked tirelessly to make our day perfect. We used Crushed Ice Catering for our company holiday party at Angel's Envy in Louisville Kentucky. I wanted to have a fun casual atmosphere with comfort food and lots of options. Destiny took time to understand what I wanted and delivered an amazing menu. I got so many compliments from our staff about how wonderful the food was. Only 5 stars does not do this team justice. If we could give them 100, we would. Crushed Ice Catering helped us with our conference in Louisville and offered up their event space when we had to change venues last minute. Their food was some of the best our attendees said they have ever had and the plates for individuals with dietary restrictions were just as delicious, creative, and beautiful as the buffet line, which is something difficult to do and very rare.
