What a great experience. I scheduled a carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning for my very particular mother-in-law, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Keith was excellent. He took time to inspect the carpet and furniture carefully, explained the cleaning process step by step, went over the order of the work, and set clear expectations for the cost before getting started. He was thorough, professional, and efficient, and he finished everything in a timely way. The pricing was very fair, especially for ... read more

i have been using Jared's Carpet Care for several years for carpet cleaning and related services, and the experience has stayed consistently great. When i first asked for estimates, the pricing was fair, competitive, and easy to understand, and it has continued to feel reasonable over time without any big jumps. They are very responsive, and when i call, text, or email, i usually get a quick reply. It has also been easy to book an appointment, often within about a week, which really helps when life gets busy. There were a fe... read more

Fantastic customer service for our same day carpet cleaning. Miguel was able to fit us in quickly and made the whole process easy. The pricing was better and the schedule was more open than the other carpet cleaners i called. Very professional, he understood what i needed, explained the cleaning steps clearly, and was thorough and detailed to get the best results. Our carpets had dark spots, heavy traffic soil, and a dull gray look from kids and daily messes, and now they look close to their original color again. He paid att... read more

Their pricing is a little higher than some carpet cleaners, but for certified organic carpet cleaning, the quality really shows and feels worth it. The crew is very careful inside the home and puts down clean towels to protect the floors when moving in and out, which helps keep everything neat. My carpet dries very quickly after each cleaning, and there is never any damp carpet odor left behind. The cleaning process leaves the carpet soft,... read more

We’ve used Jared's Carpet Care twice, and raymond has done a fantastic job each time. The first visit was just for the carpet cleaning, and the most recent appointment covered the whole house, including the tile. We have pets, so the biggest issue for us is the odor that builds up and gets trapped in the carpet fibers in a busy home. After the cleaning, the house smelled fresher and felt much cleaner right away. he takes extra care with the spots and high traffic areas that need more attention, and the results really show.
