The entire Monfort Zwick staff is wonderful! Recently, my daughter had an appointment but I got the appointment date wrong. We arrived one day early but that was no problem! The front desk staff quickly checked to see if they had an opening that morning and thankfully they were able to fit me in with no problem. We rarely have to wait long for our appointments to begin and everyone is very kind to my whole family. I would (and have!) recommended this office to family and friends.
Two years ago, I decided it was time to seriously think about braces, my bite seemed to be getting a little worse each year. What took me so long? Always putting myself on the back burner. Finally, I did it. It's the best thing I ever did for me. Everyone tells me all the time, you look great. Wonderful smile. The time just flew by and I am so glad I did it!! We met Dr. Zwick when he was a resident at OSU. He was recommended by our family dentist, Dr. Tzagournis. Our family would not consider going some place else for Orthodontic care. Monzort/Zwick give their time and expertise to each of their patients, to the adult's who bring their non-driving patients they give a comfortable environment and cheerful staff, and they give back to the community by offering "patients" (student patients) an opportunity to nominate their favorite teacher and give rewards to schools based on the st... read more
Came in for a retainer problem and were able to have the yearly check. So great to see familiar smiling faces after all these years. Dr Monfort took the time to talk to us and asked about the older girls which I really appreciated. The office is beautiful and modern. As always, great experience. Thanks!
With 3 kids having braces, I have always been very happy with the care. The staff is superb and Dr. Monfort has always been very professional and thorough. Love the new office decor. Very soothing and calm surroundings.
