His skills and experience are inexhaustible for the many many diverse projects I had to REDO or CORRECT that high paid contractors already preformed but short changed us! Also corrected items on our new construction home that needed to brought up to compliance with good and proper construction practices. So in affect I paid twice for many items to correct or repair.
