We’ve used Jared to mange our short term rental, find a long term tenant, and buy a house - so as you can tell we’ve used him a lot! Jared is very on top of it, he moves quick, and always happy to answer questions! He did a great job managing our short term rental and keeping guest happy. He was able to get us asking price on our long term rental. He was able to secure the sale on our new home in a very competitive area of Edgewater. Overall, we can’t recommend Jared enough for all your home needs!
