Had to call Jared about our trailer pop out not sliding out and he was so wonderful! He called me back at 9 in the morning to let me know he'd be at camp later in the day and was able to come by and fix the slide. He was super professional and we are so thankful he could come by so soon to fix our pop out. For any of the other campers here at Petaluma KOA with trailer issues give Jared a call he is the best!!!
Jared saved our Easter Weekend camping trip! We made it out to Casini Ranch in record time, dropped the trailer, started getting all settled in and tried to put our slide out, only one motor was working so our food was being held hostage in the refrigerator trapped behind the slide. I called Jared at 5pm on a Friday night halfway not expecting him to be able to do anything. Surprisingly he picked up and scheduled to come out the next day. Jared helped me troubleshoot an electrical issue over the phone while at another job. Didn’t need to come out after that. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely use him next time!
