Good luck trying to get refills. Walgreens can't even get a response. I tried to step in on behalf of my mother who is 84. We moved to this area in summer 2021. This is not the first time getting a refill is impossible. Try calling and never get a live person... ridiculous! I will convince her to switch Doctors.
I switched to Jared Ko, MD as my primary care about a year ago. I’m impressed with his attention to detail and efficiency. He was able to address all appropriate issues. Many reviews on here are likely unfair secondary to a lack of understanding of when a specialist referral is necessary . Dr. Ko has no control with scheduling limitations to these specialist and availability of specialists in our are. It’s ridiculous to rate him low because you couldn’t get in to see a specialist. Dr. Ko treated me with kindness and took the time to listen to my concerns. He thoroughly explained everything I needed to know in a manner that I could understand his medical breakdown of my situation. This doctor is lighthearted and knowledgeable. My husband and I will continue to be treated by him.
Dr. Ko is efficient and compassionate. I have a rare blood disorder that can ONLY be detected by READING my chart. He not only diagnosed it without looking at my chart!! He has been my physician for 12 years! Awesome Doc.
