We had the pleasure of my father being cared for by Dr. Rich at Port Orange Advent ER. He was professional, straight forward, knowledgeable, attentive, and kept us informed the entire way. My sister is a nurse and was equally happy. Dr. Rich has great bedside manor and his ability to put the 3 of us at ease seemed effortless. Thank you Dr. Rich. We will be following your discharge instructions.

I saw Dr. Rich in the ER last night for a kidney stone. He was helpful and patient with me and my wife's questions. I felt like he had time for me and didn't rush me at all. Overall liked him a lot (and was pretty surprised to see the other negative reviews).

This Doctor was extremely Negligent towards my mother whom was recently in the Emergency room at New York Presbyterian Hospital Downtown. The Doctor had not called my Mothers Primary care physician at all as I have found out as well as not calling me as I wrote all the phone numbers to be contacted. My mother was in the hospital from around 2pm until the following morning at around 9:30am. I had not received one phone call until I finally called the ER number at 10:30pm the first evening.
