I made an appointment with dr wasserman because a speech therapist thought my son's tongue tie reattached. He clipped my son's tongue tie so i thought It was logical to revisit him to check It out. He seemed annoyed that i even made an appointment and didn't go to my pediatrician first. He was rude and a little passive aggressive. I will not be going back there
As many others have stated, we found Jared to be very condescending, rude and passive aggressive. Do not take your family here. He made symptoms worse by causing bleeding(malpractice) during a simple procedure. Never had this issue with previous ENT specialists. Many of the positive reviews seems to be written by jared’s friends. This guy is just in it for a quick buck.
Scheduled appointment was not adhered too,wait was long, When I first arrived there were 3 people in waiting room Before I was seen by the Dr.There must have been 20 people In the waiting room, months later billing became a problem My prescription insurance carrier was billed even though Had been payed by Medi Care plus my supplement
Did not follow simple proper procedure and found him to be passive aggressive when asking questions. Bleeding from ear after procedure and had to go to the ER. Now dealing with another issue due to him damaging the ear. Really nasty attitude. The negative reviews are true. Really unfortunate and disappointing. Do not go here. His positive reviews are suspicious. Will be filing an official malpractice complaint and pursue legal process with Jared.
