I’ve been coming to this office since 2010 (16 years).. He is the best gyno a woman can ask for but since Betty left the great customer service left with her…Things that use to be easy has become unreasonable hard…it’s impossible to properly communicate with my doctor…I have recommended about 10 people to him over the years and I would hate to leave because he’s such a wonderful doctor…but he has to do better with the front desk
Dr. Sullivan and Dr. Elizabeth are great doctors who care about your health and want to help. But the front desk and surgical coordinator lack care and respect for patients. I called about a surgery and was told I have to speak to the insurance myself (not knowing the surgery code or any other info) and was told to ”do my own research”. I called again a few hours later and spoke to the surgical coordinator who was very rude (when only respect was shown over the phone) and after asking repeatedly to please leave Dr Sullivan a... read more
Dr. Sullivan is amazing. His office staff is professional and kind. He delivered my daughter, and I am beyond grateful for him.
I had both of my children delivered with Jared! He is amazing and I would recommend anyone to him!
