I came to Dr. Sullivan about a month ago with an ovarian cyst. There is not enough good things I can say about him and his team. The whole process from beginning to the end was completely seamless. He is one of the kindest, and most empathetic doctors I have ever met. He actually took the time to listen to all of my concerns. The pre op team at the hospital was amazing as well. I don’t know who handles the schedule appointments. The staff provides you with an “appointment” but NO CARD and NO REMINDER TEXT OR CALL!….whether you miss or show up to the appointment it doesn’t matter because they don’t appear to keep a “record.” This office lacks staff with communication and organizational skills. Note: People take off from their busy lives to attend important “scheduled” appointments . So why play with people’s time.
I’ve been coming to this office since 2010 (16 years).. He is the best gyno a woman can ask for but since Betty left the great customer service left with her…Things that use to be easy has become unreasonable hard…it’s impossible to properly communicate with my doctor…I have recommended about 10 people to him over the years and I would hate to leave because he’s such a wonderful doctor…but he has to do better with the front desk
Dr. Sullivan and Dr. Elizabeth are great doctors who care about your health and want to help. But the front desk and surgical coordinator lack care and respect for patients. I called about a surgery and was told I have to speak to the insurance myself (not knowing the surgery code or any other info) and was told to ”do my own research”. Dr. Sullivan is amazing. His office staff is professional and kind. He delivered my daughter, and I am beyond grateful for him.
