Very smooth process. Closing was a breeze due to the work performed in the beginning; ensuring an easy process overall. Kristin and company made sure there were no hidden surprises at the end; which really eases your mind with all of the other things occurring at the same time. I was able to focus on the moving logistics and for that, I greatly appreciate your hard work.
