Discussed a plan of care that was a clear understanding of patient's condition.
The office staff made 2 errors on a ultrasound request for an ultrasound ordered by Jared Haymore to r/o blood clot. Very frustrating and incompetent on the office staff's part. This needs to be addressed which causes the patient stress. However, Jared Haymore was excellent! One of the best orthopedic PA'S I.have ever been treated by!
Saw Jared Haymore for my initial visit last week, he answered all my questions, listened to all of my concerns and had great bedside manner.
