I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve enjoyed the respect and attention shown to me and my dogs.
Always super nice and take great care of my cats last year my kitten was struggling took him to a different vet and they just told me to buy their expensive cat food and come back in a week 3 days later I took him here and they gave me proper meds for my little kitty and today he is thriving being a fat boy
Doctor was smug and condescending very rude and I brought four dogs cost over 1000 won't be back I don't like Bing talked to in that manner if I was younger boy but Critter fixers is better and they are not rude to you
I couldn’t be more grateful for the care Dr. Betts and the entire Smith team gave my Chow girls, Zuzu and Zena. Dr. Betts was informative, personable, and made sure I understood everything clearly. He put me at ease right away, and I felt confident my shy/anxious girls were in great hands. The vet techs were wonderful — Krystal was so calm and gentle with Zuzu, and at Zena’s appointment, another equally kind team member (whose name I sadly forgot!) gave her the same thoughtful care.
