Molly and Jared helped my fiance' and I purchase our first airbnb/STR. The process was smooth and easy. Jared and Molly are the BEST!!! You NEED to use them if you are wanting to buy a home! They looked out for us every step of the way, and they were so flexible and willing to go tour houses when one popped up that we wanted to see. Seriously they're amazing and we ended up finding the perfect home. Here is a pic of my in my beautiful new backyard thanks to them!!!!!
