The Manager, Mario, is a saint. Visiting Houston for my husband’s cancer treatment and somehow ended up with my center stone loose. I didn’t want to leave the hospital, so I called the closest Jared and Mario was so gracious to help me set up a warranty inspection and repair so it could be handled by my in-laws. Purchased my first necklace from here. Wore it for a few years and started to have small issues with my favorite piece. Unfortunately it broke while at the store, Ms. Ashley was very hands on with my exchange and took care of me and I now have a new necklace for a great price.
