I had the best service at Jared. Maryann, Elda, and Zulma took a lot of their time to help me fix my ring to the level that I wanted. Their jeweler Edwin himself came and spoke with me to ensure he understood the exact details of what I wanted, and it turned out so beautifully! Thank you for the best customer service!
I brought my ring in today after damaging it. Joe and Zulma were so patient and helpful. They helped me right away, made me feel so comfortable! They are so kind and friendly. Plus, they'll have my ring ready in 24hours! Always a great experience at Jared's in Palmdale !
Cathy is extraordinary rude, condescending, and incompetent. We came in for a resize and to ask if we could solder the wedding rings and if that would work. She said absolutely. I came in two days to pick it up. Cathy sized the rings wrong and told us that we would have to wait another day. Accidents happen, we understand that. She then extremely rudely asked "are you able to pay for this?" I said that I'm able to pay for this but will not until the work is done.
