My fiancé and I stopped by about 30 minutes before closing to have my ring sized, and we were helped by Alma and Mercels, who were both amazing! Alma immediately remembered my fiancé from when he picked up my ring the first time, which made the experience feel so personal. Despite us coming in close to closing, they never made us feel rushed and were both incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. We’ll definitely be returning to work with them again — truly great customer service!

My experience with Cathy was amazing. She’s very sweet, helpful, and patient. She helped guide me & my mom toward pieces we might like and that would best compliment us. Cathy is very friendly and took great care of us! We enjoyed working with her and will definitely be coming back to shop with her.

I don’t think I’ll get jewelry from anywhere else! They really take care of you here and remember you. I come in every other week just to have my ring cleaned, and the shopping experience when shopping for engagement rings for both my fiancé and I was very enjoyable. Great staff.
