I went into the store to get my grandmother's stone reset in the ring. It was given to me before she passed away. I spoke with Zulma on the phone and talked with Cathy when I arrived at the store. Both women are very compassionate and helpful. They both understood how important this ring means to me and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease knowing my ring was going to be in good hands.
