Mathew Bobo was amazing to work with. I sent my fiance in with two necklaces that I tangled and worked on for hours to try and untangle. With no luck we stopped at Jared and within 10 minutes he had them untangled. He put them in nice plastic bags for the ride home. What great customer service, thank you Mathew!
