I had the best experience with Chantel Pica! I came in to upgrade my wedding ring and was looking to trade in my engagement ring. I was not sure exactly what I wanted and Chantel took her time with me and helped me select my new set and I am so happy with my new rings. She made sure I was satisfied with my selection. Thank you so much for helping me feel like a princess!!!

I go to Jareds every 6 months for my rings to be inspected and plated per the warranty we purchased. The last time we were there was HORRIBLE. The female manager, Chantal, was rude and dismissive. Corporate called her and she argued with corporate about the policies that Jared and Kay Jewelers have in place. The DM was supposed to contact me to rectify the situation. Please do yourselves a favor, and don't go to anyone else other than Logan! I went in looking for my wedding band, as my fiancé and i are getting married next month. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with Logan, who throughout our time/experience, was thoroughly explaining everything and did an outstanding job assisting us. 5 stars to Logan, and the store. I would highly recommend 🤝
