The staff here are very nice and courteous, which I appreciate, but the pricing is outrageous. I took a very old ring I inherited in to be resized. I was told it could not be resized without an appraisal due to the metal stamp being missing. I was quoted well over $400 for an appraisal, repair they said I needed and the resizing. I have since taken my ring to another reputable jeweler who said it does not need any repair and is resizing it for less than half of what I was quoted at Jared.
Came in for an anniversary gift, Jordan helped me find a good selection. She guide me to narrow down and went over each piece in detail. More over the sizing was done quickly and Jordan went up and beyond by giving me a plan on how to present it to my wife. Great jewelry selection, too notch service and up and beyond to ensure my wife was happy with her gift and how it was presented!
I brought my 10 year old daughter to Jared to buy her a pair of earrings for her birthday. I had never shopped for children's jewelry before, and Jordan was very helpful! She showed us all of our options and asked all the right questions to help us pick the perfect pair! My daughter was beaming as we left the store. Thank you for being patient and assisting my daughter. We will definitely return!
They did an amazing job adding stones to a sterling ring I’ve had for decades. Turned out wonderfully.
