I brought my 10 year old daughter to Jared to buy her a pair of earrings for her birthday. I had never shopped for children's jewelry before, and Jordan was very helpful! She showed us all of our options and asked all the right questions to help us pick the perfect pair! My daughter was beaming as we left the store. Thank you for being patient and assisting my daughter. We will definitely return!

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Hannah at Jared. Everyone here is helpful and knowledgeable. But Jordan is exceptional. She is VERY understanding, helpful and patient. Especially because I’m so indecisive. My mother that lives in all the way in Florida will come up specifically to have any maintenance work done by the shop. They are a one stop shop!
Horrible customer service. I wish we wouldn’t have bought from them period.
