I have never had a more disappointing, awful and just outright unacceptable experience. To make too long of a story short, they messed up my engagement ring TWICE. They had placed the center stone on the wrong prongs. When I explained this to the jeweler, he was so rude. My center stone was also off-center, and when I told him that, he snidely replied "I wasn't looking that closely." After it was "fixed" a week and a half later, one of my prongs broke!!!
