I went to the Altamonte Springs Jared store to have a white gold ring Rhodium plated. The ring, originally purchased from another jeweler, came with a lifetime warranty, but that jeweler unfortunately went out of business. Joanne D and the team at Jared provided outstanding service and exceeded all my expectations! I was so impressed by their efforts that I chose to purchase a new lifetime warranty for the ring through them.

I hope this Juliet that everyone talks about isn’t the older short Italian looking woman. Cause she difficult to deal with when I wanted to exchange the ring my wife just bought for a larger size. She wanted to argue with me over my actual ring size. So, we returned the ring we just bought for full refund and went to another jeweler for the exact same ring with no bullshit.
