I can’t say enough about my experience at Jared! Tracy and Juliet completely changed the way I feel about jewelry shopping. Normally, I walk into jewelry stores stressed and overwhelmed, but they made everything fun, exciting, and 100% stress-free. They took the time to really help me, and their energy made the whole process enjoyable. This is hands down my new favorite store—thank you Tracy and Juliet for going above and beyond!

Avoid the Jared in Altamonte Springs at all costs. The manager, Robert, was flat-out disrespectful and had the nerve to ask if I paid for my own watch. Then gave me attitude over a bracelet repair, acting arrogant and dismissive the entire time. No customer service, no professionalism — just pure ego and rudeness.
