Carol Perrie is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped us navigate the purchases of several pieces since 2020. She is patient, enthusiastic and has taught us some things about diamonds and other precious stones. came in to this store for the first time just to look and ended up leaving with this gorgeous bracelet 😍 i almost passed this store up because of how far down the hall it is but i am THRILLED that i decided to take the chance! customer service was superb and Zack, the sales associate, had answers to every question and concern i had! I had an amazing experience from start to finish! Zack was incredibly helpful throughout the entire sale of the earrings and made the process smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The earrings are beautiful, great quality, and even better in person. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend buying from Zack again!
Absolutely the best customer service and professionalism wrapped up in one store!! Heather is the all around best at what she does! I would highly recommend anyone who is shopping for their next birthday/anniversary gift, or that perfect engagement ring to stop in and see her! She certainly knows exactly what she is doing!!
