Worst customer service ever telling me that it's 7:00 like they're ready to go home I came there before 7:00 they were assisting two other people that was not of my kind and they got good customer service but then when I went and asked for my ring to be clean she runs over to the back with it ran some water over it and gave it back to me still dirty I will be making a formal complaint tomorrow morning

Eishaw has phenomenal customer service. She is amazing. Takes her time and handles you with care …..very very informative. Choose or ask for her every time
Staff were judgmental and flat out rude. Do not recommend coming to this business. If i were to give some advice it would be if you want more business maybe learn respect. To the man with the long hair do better. To the manager, thanks for stepping in but saying condescending things is just as rude as the guy with long hair was. If there was a way to rate this 0 stars i would. DO BETTER.
Got my watch sized. They did it immediately, on the spot, which was nice. Joe was very friendly and professional. Definitely will be back with my next watch!
