Great first trip to Jared to learn about all things diamond and ring related. Scarlett was fantastic and incredibly helpful! She put together a truly awesome customer experience.

I highly recommend Jared’s in Charlottesville, Virginia. Maggie Foster, the assistant general manager, provided exceptional assistance in selecting the ideal diamond and its accompanying enhancer. This establishment is undoubtedly a destination I will continue to frequent. I am so excited about my purchase. Thank you to Maggie and her team.

They won't change a battery on a watch they sell. Unless they ship it out for a battery. Stay away from this retailer.

The sales personnel were so kind! I especially appreciate that they were able to clean my ring and check the serial number. I would trust this place for any work, they are able to do it in front of you and are not high pressure to buy expensive items.
