Absolutely amazing. We had to have our engagement ring resigned multiple times because of the size of my fiancés finger size (3.25) and Joe was really great to us and made sure it got taken care of. Absolutely recommend
Joe was polite and extremely helpful with my watch questions. He got both watches fixed quickly and provided excellent customer service. I will be back for my other jewelry needs!

Watch repair (not purchased at Jared): Rep quoted $20/link, even after looking at the watch to see that it’s the easiest link to remove with a tool. Give me a break. I was willing to pay for the service, but that is just outrageous. Called Andrew Minton Jeweler across the street in Charlottesville, VA and they did it in 5 min for free. Do better Jared… maybe you’d get more customers returning for the big stuff if you were more reasonable on the small stuff.
