So glad we visited Jared Jewelers and worked with Asst Store manager Todd H to create a custom 2 carat "brilliant oval" diamond ring with an ideal cut. Definitely a home-run and "white glove" experience also provided by Store Manager Natalie with wonderful customer service from start-to-finish. Once the selected natural diamond was received by store, Todd had center stone mounted in platinum and ring setting resized in just couple days by their in-house jeweler.

I took my engagement ring in the day after black Friday for regular check/maintenance. It had 5-6 loose stones & a chipped baguette. It was fixed & replaced. 1 month later, it lost 2 baguettes. So glad we visited Jared Jewelers and worked with the Asst Store manager Todd H on creating a custom "radiant cut" diamond ring. Great experience and customer service from start to finish. Once the hand selected diamond was received by the store, Todd literally had the new diamond mounted and ring resized in less than 4 hours for pick-up by their in-house jeweler.
