My boyfriend and I went in for the first time last week. We were instantly greeted by Rey who took excellent care of us he answered all our questions as we were dropping jewelry off to be repaired and when he wasn’t sure Gabe jumped right in and assisted. They were both so kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely be going back!
Todd was great to work with throughout the entire process of creating my wedding band. Todd and my fiancé also designed my engagement ring, which is absolutely beautiful as well. His communication was excellent, he kept us updated, answered my questions, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Wish I had a similar experience as the others who have left reviews. We walked around for a bit, we were not acknowldged at all. We saw some beautiful rings but the customer service, well I can't speak on it, as we did not receive it.
Gabriel was phenomenal. He spent a handful of time teaching us about diamonds and answering all of our questions. It was a super enjoyable process with Gabe guiding us. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
Gabriel is fantastic. To be honest all the staff is wonderful and professional. We purchased a watch a year ago and now visit this location as often as we can. We live an hour away and will only go here for our jewelery needs. Excellent, Outstanding, Professional, Enjoyable are just a few of the words that can be used to describe our experience here.
