It was my first experience with Jared's, Dropped off my Gold Chain to get repaired. Chantelle had given me a Quote and was right on the Money with the amount. She was very personable and very professional, She did a picture profile on my Chain and explained service plan options that were available. I can say it was a very pleasant experience and look forward to getting work done on my Wifes Engagement ring over the winter.
