I brought my old Pandora bracelet in for a cleaning and even though Jared’s no longer works on their jewelry, Chantelle was kind enough to use a polishing cloth on it. She took every charm off, engaged with my son and had a lovely conversation about our commonalities. Customer service at its finest! Will definitely be back and referring friends!
Absolutely the best service Ive ever had with any jeweler! Specifically Kira is an absolute champion to her clients! Knowledgeable Kind Patient Generous and went above and beyond for me multiple times getting my rings created to specialized design mothers ring and hand delivering my now wife's wedding ring so I could propose to her on our special occasion! Can't say enough about this unpretentious jewelry store! Kira or one of her team members always greets us when we walk in, never any pressure to make a purchase nor do they hover as with some other jewelry stores. Kira has personally gone down several rabbit holes helping me find watches for both my wife and I.
