So i dropped my watch to be fixed by Jared's on 12/26/25 , they took the watch , charged me $100.00 and handed me a receipt with a promised return date of 02/23/2025. I was hoping to get the watch fixed before i go into a vacation overseas that starts on 03/02 through 03/22 . Well , on 12/26/25 i dropped off my watch by Jared’s for a repair , they took the watch and handed me a receipt that said promised date to be fixed and returned by 02/23/26 … I am flying overseas on 03/02/26 , they were not able to fix it and also they could not even keep the promised return date on the receipt and i told them i was leaving on 03/02 and that i hope i could take the watch back with me so may be i may have any luck fixing it overseas , and they left me a message saying they won’t even be able to bring me back ... read more

My fiance purposed and I brought my engagement ring in to get sized. Sarah was so thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable and communicated very well about when my ring would come back and about the warranty. I highly recommend Jared and Sarah M.
