I ordered a ring online and picked it up in store. Not only did the ring arrive earlier than expected, it was more beautiful than the online image. Unfortunately, it was smaller than I needed it to be, and I was given a very helpful explanation as to why that particular ring couldn't be sized up. Amy was great in helping my wife pick out a new diamond for our 10 year wedding anniversary. She went above and beyond in searching inventory and having multiple diamonds shipped to the store just so that we could pick out the exact one we wanted. My mother had just recently passed away and I was feeling low. I had a watch of my mom’s that needed some work. Sarah Mortensen was my jewelry specialist and I’m so happy she was! I couldn’t help but tear up telling Sarah what I wanted. She understood how much sentimental value the watch holds for me and was so warm and sincere. We shared stories of our mothers while I waited.
