Not the greatest staff I dealt with. I guess she felt like being a comedian, talking about how long and funny my last name was and how she would not even bother trying to say the last name and went on and on about not trying even to say my first name which was actually Logan. She then turned around later and asked if my middle name was Logan while holding my ID in her hand and could not recognize where to read first name in a drivers license.
