While my ring is beautiful, I feel like I always have issues. Only had it four months and the soldering has come apart, there is rattling, and there are an insane amount of scratches. I also feel like all the associates do not take me seriously because I am young, despite the money I have put into their store. Furthermore, the associates always seem to be annoyed, and in a rush. I purchased an engagement ring. They pushed me to finance on a credit card through them. They then slapped 5k interest in the back end after a year. Out of no where. Do not work with Jared. They are not a good company at all.

I went to Jared to resize my engagement ring and ended up trading it in for a new setting. Jennifer was so sweet, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process.
