I haven’t had much experience with jewelers until recently. I bought my fiancés engagement ring through a custom ring designer and purchased a warranty to cover pretty much anything. Both Neil and Alyssa rose above what would be expected as Jared employees. They are warm, sincere, kind, and relatable. In addition, their expertise and knowledge of metals, diamonds, and fashion are only rivaled by their desire to connect to the customer. My son and I recently visited Jared Jewelers to look at gold necklaces, and we had a truly exceptional experience. We were helped by Marcy Rich and Neil Gablenz, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported throughout the process. Update review: I never imagined I’d be writing a review like this about something as meaningful as my engagement ring. I purchased my ring from Jared Jewelers expecting quality, craftsmanship, and something that would last a lifetime. Unfortunately, what I received was the opposite.
