When I say the store associate’s are amazing!!! I took my wedding ring to get cleaned and inspected. I then go a few days later to have the account updated so I can be contacted for pick up. I go home for my husband to say I received an email your ring is ready. No way I just left and updated the account why didn’t they contact me. Peter was absolutely incredible. I brought in a slightly complicated set of rings that needed to fit together and I thought it has to be resized. Instead he was able to work his magic and adjust it professionally to the point that it worked perfectly and I didn't have to actually leave it for resizing and he didn't ask for any sort of payment! He was really knowledgeable and really kind and would absolutely recommend anyone go there for jewelry needs
Absolutely incredible service. After months of looking. Peter was the most helpful person we could have asked for.. instantly took into account our interests and showed us exactly what we were looking for all this time. He was helpful, funny and approachable throughout the whole process. Couldn't recommend this place more
What a joke if you buy something from this place do not I repeat do not order online for as much as their jewelry cost. They can’t even fulfill the date that you need a jewelry for big waste of time.
Dale was absolutely fantastic. He could not have been more attentive, efficient, and wonderful to deal with and I am truly blessed that he was there.
