We t in looking for something not to big. And not to small. Found a nice item right in my perfect price range. Told them to save it, in their system. Went back about 2 1/2 months later, I was trying to be prepared for a bday gift. And the price nearly doubled. Now its alot more then I planned, kinda ruined the entire gift plan i had.

Customer service was amazing, Peter the manager helped me pick out the perfect ring for my wife Elizabeth. He was charming and friendly and showed me around and gave me the best service. I recommend going here for all your jewelry purchases and ask especially for Peter!

I had a wonderful experience at Jared!! Went to this location on May 22nd. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I purchased a bracelet for myself, but what really stood out to me was what happened with my son (3 years old) he dropped his bracelet outside the store, and the store manager went out of his way to ship it back to us without any cost even though it wasn’t something that was part of their merchandise. We came in on a whim, having had bad experiences at other jewelers who couldn’t get done what we needed We met Peter G and was treated with utmost courtesy and detail in helping us achieve what we needed to reset an existing wedding ring. Peter went above and beyond what we expected. We will be back for future purchases .
