Ive had a great experience everytime i step into the store because of Cylysce. She has outside customer service and has a great attitude. She made me feel welcome and helped me find exactly what i needed multiple times.I will continue shopping at Jared because of this great customer service she gives me and customers that she attends to. Im a manager in a different field so i appreciate , pay attention and acknowledge outstanding customer service , good work ethic and attention to detail. Thank you.

I had a great experience yesterday at the Chino Hills JARED location thanks to David Sanchez. I felt very welcomed there as he opened the door for me with my stroller. David is very knowledgeable about jewelry and diamonds specifically. I am a new jewelry buyer, so I had a lot of questions. He was friendly and patient as I tried on different styles and he answered all of my questions. He even got the door for me on my way out! The manage provided exceptional service the lady helping us it sort of felt like she got annnoyed with us towards the end and made smart comments like “you’ve tried every ring here” I think if we’re going to purchase something expensive it’s important to get what we really want. However, the manger Peter joined toward the end and he definitely made us feel more welcomed. However, this Jared will continue to be my favorite and I will come here.
