David provided incredible customer service and was so patient with us while we picked out the ring of my dreams for my 20 year wedding anniversary!
On October 19th, at approximately 12:30 PM, my fiancé and I walked around for five minutes without any staff member acknowledging our presence. I would appreciate a simple acknowledgment such as, 'We'll be right with you.' The store appeared to be understaffed, with multiple clients awaiting assistance. We decided to leave as we were uncertain about the duration of our wait for assistance.
