I went into the store to get a watch battery installed and came out loving this store. They have georgious jewelry and great service. On top of that, they donate the proceeds of watch batteries to St. Jude's children's hospital. It's great way to give back. Thank you for a lovely experience Manny Martinez!

I couldn't have chosen the perfect wedding ring and wedding band without the help of the luxury bridal manager Kat ! There at Jared's, the best experience I probably could have ever received! Not only did she make my choice easier but she gave it meaning and made it special in her own way ! Thank you Kat, for helping me with this first for me, once in a lifetime experience, I hope. Kat B. helped us out with adding bands to my wedding ring and ordering a custom remake of my husband's wedding band. She was so kind, helpful, and mindful of price as we worked through the custom ring process. Once ordered, she kept us updated at each step until our ring was ready. I have not always had the best experience with jewelers (snooty, dismissive attitudes), but Kat was so friendly and approachable.
