Shakira S. was courteous and personable. She was able to get my rings checked and even though their systems were down was able to do her work and create a ticket for my rings to be checked and fixed.
Josie, helped my husband and I while shopping for necklaces. She was very patient and friendly!
We went here today and Shakira S. helped us with rings. As first time ring shoppers we were a little lost but she helped us figure everything out. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and sweet! She was really invested in what we had to say and our preferences. Would recommend her for service for first time shoppers. It was a great experience :)

My wife and I had an awesome experience with Hannah this past weekend.
