My fiancé and I have been going to this location after getting my ring at Jared's Coconut Point, as it is better located for us. The staff here is incredibly friendly, patient, and overall great experience. I had to do a warranty exchange and the process was simple. When I called back later in the day with questions regarding the exchange, Josie stayed kind and professional, even when I got upset. It is obvious they care about customer experience and what you want. Highly recommend this location!

We went to Jared just to look around for my fiancée and wasn’t expecting to buy anything but get some ideas. We ended up having Josie show us the men’s rings and introducing us to multiple styles and ended up finding the perfect one. We never would have tried the different color but due to her amazing suggestion we found the ring!! Definitely suggest this company and especially Josie she was kind, bubbly and personable. She deserves a raise truly!
