I purchased my fianc� wedding band and it was somehow lost in transit to my house. I was reimbursed for the purchase but unable to purchase the same ring I was told. I was only offered a 15% discount and when I asked if that would be added to any store discounts going on and I was never given a response. Unfortunately I will not be going back to jared after this experience

They nickel and dime their customers. I had a coupon for $50 off $300. I told the associate that I was getting two rings and would return the one I liked less due to one of the rings not being in store to look at. When I went to return the ring they prorated the coupon for $16.98. I told them the order should still qualify since I still spent $1,200 and they stated they would not correct. So now I will be returning the other ring and not order from them again.
