Had a great experience at Jared Jewelers. Craig helped me with removing links from my watch, and he was very professional and efficient. The whole process was smooth and quick. Everyone there was kind, warm, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Really appreciated their customer service and would definitely recommend them!

Michelle P was so helpful! I brought my ring in because the stone felt loose. She took a quick look, had it tightened and cleaned and got me out of there in under 15 minutes! I was so grateful I didn’t have to leave it there. She is the best!! Thank you Michelle!
Richard was a delight so work with. He spent some time looking at my mother’s old rings with me to determine what type of stones they were and then cleaned them for me. Michelle was so helpful showing me how to fix an earring that got bent. Had a very nice experience at Jared.
