This is not really my thing to leave reviews but today I have no choice. Just wanted to give a shout out to Ke-Yona. She was very helpful, authentic, and a class act. She made sure she got my information so that she could follow up and gave me options of different things the store could do for customizations. Very appreciative of this level of salesmanship especially in this modern era. Thanks Jared for hiring great people.

Me and my boyfriend went in today to look for engagement rings and were so excited but our mood quickly got ruined after we spoke with the Associate who was super helpful but as we were ready to purchase the ring, the payment went through on my boyfriend’s end but the store manager was incredibly rude and refused to acknowledge that it had been processed on their end.
