They live up to their reputation! I recently stopped in to have them give me an estimate of the cost to have my wedding set repaired. I was greeted immediately by a very pleasant associate. She explained everything that she was going to do, proceeded to check the diamonds, check the set for any unseen damage, and promptly gave me an estimate for the necessary repair of my rings. Don't Trust Jared! Watch out!!!! My husband purchased an anniversary band from Jared... I needed it resized. Since I was already getting a brand new ring resized, I decided to get my wedding band & engagement ring resized too. Well here is where the problems began... The new ring came back with dings on it & my engagement ring came back tapered but also asymetrically tapered. The original ring NEVER had a tapered setting...
